 ts\, at 6 p.m. on Friday\, November 21. However\, the fun starts even earl
 ier\, beginning at 5 p.m.\, with music\, free hot cocoa\, a bounce house\,
  painting\, crafts\, and a photo opportunity.\n\nAt 6:00 p.m.\, members of
  the City Council will flip a switch\, lighting the holiday tree and all o
 f East State Street from Orange Street to Redlands Boulevard in the Histor
 ic Downtown area.
