 ugh Redlands TV on Channel 3 for Spectrum cable customers or Channel 35 fo

 eeting-agendas-minutes.\n\nOn January 18\, City Council adopted Resolution
  No. 8291 authorizing remote teleconference meetings by the City Council a
 nd all Boards\, Commissions\, and Committees of the City in accordance wit
 h AB 361. As such\, the public may attend meetings and provide public comm
 ent virtually via Zoom. Although the meeting is also open to the public\, 
 seating has been reduced to allow for social distancing. Anyone desiring t
 o speak on an agendized item at this meeting may do so during the consider
 ation of that item. Speakers are encouraged to turn in a “Speaker Sign U
 p Sheet” before the meeting is convened. However\, completion of speaker
  forms is not required to speak before the City Council. Please do not dis
 turb the City Clerk or her assistant while a meeting is in progress. After
  the meeting has convened\, you may submit the speaker form to the Municip
 al Utilities and Engineering Director. Forms are available prior to the me
 eting in the Office of the City Clerk or in the Council Chambers during th
 e meeting.\n\nDue to time constraints and the number of persons who may wi
 sh to give oral testimony\, time restrictions are placed on oral testimony
 . You may wish to make your comments in writing to assure that you are abl
 e to express yourself adequately. Comments will be limited to three minute
 s. Written comments will not be read aloud by staff\, but will be distribu
 ted to council members. To provide comment through Zoom (on a computer\, l
 aptop\, or smart device): Click the “Raise Hand” button and the modera
 tor will unmute you when it is your turn to speak. To provide comment via 
 audio only (cell phone or landline): Dial *9 to “Raise Hand”. The mode
